I really need to do a post on my blog-more books as usual, but nowhere near as many as you. I went to grammar school in England in the early 60's and remember reading many of the classics in 'English Literature'. I remember reading Homer- Iliad and the Odyssey, lots of Dickens, the Bronte sisters, Jane Austen and everybody's favourite, Shakespeare-NOT!!! Hard to believe that was all between the ages of 10-14!!<br />I have read some Dickens and Jane Austin in recent years but you couldn't pay me to read Homer or Shakespeare again.
