The painting has been finished in the office. All that's left to do is put the new light fitting up and put some shelves in the cupboard, but it's ready to move into. Next stage of the decluttering will start then, there's rather a lot of old paperwork needs disposing of.
Joe has fully enclosed the stairwell, so no-one will be able to fall to their deaths now, I was convinced it was going to be me after a couple of glasses of home made plum wine.
Looking down the stairs.... it's a bit odd the banister being enclosed, I have to go all the way up the stairs now if I want to see who's at the front door!
View from the stairs to the front door, the ceiling is done, that was a job! Need to lightly sand the window and door frames and the skirting before I start painting the walls.
