In the kitchen -The produce came in two by two, Hurrah, hurrah!

I would have done more of the courgettes, but it was so humid yesterday I melted into a big pile of ooze! Well not really! I just caved and sat under the air con with me knitting!

    Canning season in process. :) I'm just planning my summer garden. We ordered seeds this week. Time to get serious. We had an abysmal gardening season this past year. What is courgette?

    It wasn't a bad effort becjy considering it was so hot! :D
    Simple Mama, courgette is zucchini, I tried calling it zucchini but I can't :D I've always called them courgettes :D

    Mel, yeah I just can't get used to calling them Zucchini and another one is calling peppers capsicums! nah! :D
