What a gorgeous surprise this book was, I knew nothing of it really and knew even less of the internment of Japanese Americans during the second world war. It was incredibly moving at times, and well written but on the whole a wonderful story.
This book's a keeper and after hugging it to my chest (I do this to books that move me) it now has it's place on my book shelves. A highly recommended read.
