ReplyDeletePoor Lloyd found a kingfisher in the house the other day ( actually think it flew into the window) He rescued it and put in in a box in the barn to rest, but when he went to check on it it had died :( poor thing.
I hate when that happens, we get kamikaze birds all the time. Had a kingfisher too that I picked up off the deck, it was dazed for a while and when it started pecking me I knew it was time to let him go, such beautiful birds
