Pizza for tea

Pizza dough made in the bread maker, with Dolmio sauce spread over the top, I greased the pan with olive oil and sprinkled some polenta under the dough base

Grated Edam cheese makes a good alternative to mozzerella

Sliced onions and yellow pepper

Sliced mushrooms and anchovies

Pepperoni/salami and barbeque sauce

Cooked in the oven for about 25 mins on 180 degC
Of course you can use any toppings you like, but this is my Supa Suze pizza!

  3. Mmmmm yum! We often have home made pizza as well. It's one of my favourites, in fact mum's too, when she comes to visit it's always the first nights dinner.
