ETA Thanks for the suggestion peeps. I had another play today, the issue was with the PicMonkey banner, once I edited it in Paint and resized it works!
If anyone knows how to centralise the picture I'll be eternally grateful!
The short answer is I don't know. If you take your template away I think this would make the header central. Behind the image is the outline of a white box and if you don't want to get rid of the template, you might have to reduce your banner in size to fit in the outlines of the white box. On another note I dreamt about you last night!!! I came to NZ and I had to go on an op shopping Suesday by myself as neither you nor Sue had the time to come with me. What's that all about?! Hope someone else is more help x
I reduced the banner, I didn't dare change the template, it's been yonks since I used Bloggers actual backgrounds. :D That was a nightmare! We and Sue would drop everything (except our drawers) to go op shopping with you!
Hi Sue! it's great to meet you, your comment made me giggle!! of course I have followed you immediately, you are awesome! and so is your blog! is that your home in the header? it's magnificent - my tech knowledge is abysmal, sorry, but I do use a lot of exclamation marks! x x x
Hello chook, I planned to follow you after I commented but then I was having a ruddy nightmare with the banner, tjere were a lot of exclamations marks here too I can tell ya! :D
Sue, I have no idea how to centre it (maybe in template settings on the dashboard?) but I love the new banner at the top and the big pic of the house. Looks fantastic!
Thanks Rach. Tried the template setting but because the background of from the cutest blog on the block the blogger setting have no options to change. Sorted now though
I love reading your comments and I thank you for taking the time to write them. I do my very best to reply to every one of them right here on the blog. When you leave your next comment tick the 'email follow up comments' and then you'll get any replies I leave. Thank you for reading my blog.
When you get the answer, I would like to know as well! ;-) Blogger has been playing me up since I have come back!
ReplyDeleteI ETA'd above, was surpirsingly simple when when I thought about it properly :D I was messing about with it gone midnight last night :D
