Corn bread in the bread maker

For a 1kg loaf you will need:

415ml water (warm)
1 1/2 tblsp Margarine
1/2 cup cornmeal(polenta)
1 1/2 tblsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tblsp skimmed milk powder
1 tsp bread improver
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Fruit and nut dispenser
3/4 cup canned corn kernels
1 tsp dried thyme

Place all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed above.

Put the corn and thyme in the dispenser

On menu select (1) Basic
Select crust, loaf size and press start




We are having our bread with our Fajitas tonight!

    We don't have a dispenser thingy, so could I manually do it and if so when?

    Now I am not dying from the dreaded lurgy, I am feeling up to trying new things.

  2. Mine was too Nikki, you can add manually, if you've got your book still it would tell you when. But they would have to be added towards the end of the mixing and before the first prove. Try Googling if you don't have your book, it';s bound to be there somewhere. Glad you are feeling betterxxx
