Just a normal run of the mill day here today which involved trying to avoid doing the housework all day. I did vacuum though but I didn't vacuum anywhere near that wheelbarrow full of apples, I tried not to look at those today although I know I should have started doing something with them, I'm sure they were sniggering as I went past. In my defence I have been Googling apple cider recipes and spoke to the neighbour about borrowing his press. So I wasn't completely hopeless.
I took some photos of the piglets to put on Trade Me (online auction site) and also of the ducks they all need to go, the piglets especially, They have devastated the veggie garden and have eaten all the potato plants amongst other things!! I thought they were poisonous to stock, obviously not as they ain't dead yet!


Joe's in the office as I type this sorting through some paperwork so we can get the GST returns off to the accountant and I have a huge pan of pumpkin soup on the stove with every other stray vegetable I could find thrown in, added some curry powder, salt & pepper and a couple of stock cubes and it's bubbling away nicely, should have started it sooner really but I avoided making any decisions about dinner today too!
