Renovations Progress and some - Sat 5th June

We got a lot done today and we both feel really pleased with our efforts! It helps too that we are at a stage that I can help now. Joe has put all the skirting board up and I have been filling holes. Joe managed to get some sanding done at the end of the day. More filling and sanding tomorrow and maybe the parts of the ceilings with the old paint on can be sugar soaped. It may be a bit much to expect that we could be priming tomorrow too! But it's a long weekend and I will be so happy if we get to point where I will have a paint brush in my hand!

    It must feel so good to see such progress. Everything looks wonderful and I can envision now how beautiful it will be when it's all finished.

    I'd be like you...chomping at the bit to get in there and help. Once the girls get involved, everything gets done *much* faster, don't you think? LOL :-)

    Wow! Its looking good! Your past the point where you work your butt off and have little to show for it (or so it seems) Now, it will finish up fast! Congrats! Your attention to detail and workmanship shows. Well done!
