Ladies that lunch

I had visitors today, Sue from You can call me Sue I see often but I hadn't seen Chris from Diet Coke Rocks for some time.
Sue brought her out and also provided lunch, just as well really as we need to do a grocery shop and I had bugger all on offer.
We all had a wander around the garden, it was a bit overcast today so I haven't any photos of the garden to share. Next sunny day I'll take some of the blooms that are appearing daily
Oh how I love side on and rear photos! Thanks Sue 😜

And of course there are always selfies
They do say blondes have more fun and we did
After our wander and show and tell it was time for lunch
Cooked chicken, a lovely salad, fresh boiled eggs, croissants and cranberry juice
The posy of flowers came from Sues garden, they smelled lovely.

After they left I started making up the backs for the remaining 6 chairs, I was doing well until I ran out of thread and eyelets. I'm out tomorrow so I'll get some then.
Also when out Sue and I will be checking out a craft fair and we're hoping to catch up with Julie from My Threadbear life, she will have a stall there, better get some cash out.
Then there is a Dalton's rose show on Hamilton gardens tomorrow so I want to go to that.

And that's all I have to offer today, more to show tomorrow hopefully

Sue

PS I've been having a bit of a nightmare with the background lately, I have it mainly sorted now, but the post title I can't seem to change. It's hard to see, just hover your cursor over it and it shows up.

    1. We did have a lovely day, I've been a bit anti-social of late what with the wedding plans and all. Finally got the look right for the blog, even though some of the text doesn't show up properly and after spending ages trying to change i, I gave up xx
